Find-Me Friends Hide n' Seek proudly stands behind the quality in all our products. If you are not pleased with your purchase from our site, you may initiate a return.

Find-Me Friends Hide n' Seek products can be returned for a refund (to the original payment method) for up to 90 days from purchase date. 

Please Note:

• Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Email support@playfindmefriends.com with your order number to arrange returns.

 

• You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the product is damaged/defective, we will send return labels and you are not responsible for the shipping costs.
